sospetto virus!! controllate il log please!!!

ciao mi si chiudono le applicazioni in uso a casaccio dopo il messaggio di errore di memoria non written!!! il mio antivirus kaspersky nn trova virus tuttavia eseguendo lo scan con lo stesso antivirus ma online ne trova uno come posso eliminarlo???
