Stampante HP 3650...indisponente
Salve a tutti,
un mio amico ha un serio problema: ha una stampante Hp 3650 che ha cessato di funzionare di punto in bianco...cioè la stampante non si accende in nessun modo, nonstante i cavi dietro (alimentazione e Usb) siano collegati perfettamente e il computer la rileva dicendo che è pronta per stampare...cosa sarà successo?

No, la luce della stampante non è accesa, e la stampante non stampa se si prova a farla stampare...sembra strano ma è così...già lo aveva fatto in passato, ma subito era stato risolto "senza far niente"...adesso è ricapitato
